Seriously I was in Colorado for the weekend. And I think I saw 1000 FJ Cruisers. More than any Subaru, or Hybrid car. I did see a surprising number of Nissan Leafs(leaves?) in Denver.

That’ll be a good place to buy a manual FJ when I have that kind of money....thats better than the Tesla fuckfest we have in the bay area

I checked Denver’s CL for manual FJ’s yeah, there was quite a few to choose from.

So right now I have my ’05 Grand Cherokee and ’13 135is that the lease ends in June for. I’m not going to continue having 2 cars, because reasons. I actually thought a manual FJ could be a fun year-round car for my needs. We’ll see.

That not right. Half the cars in Colorado are Subaru Outbacks.

I really didn’t see that many. Probably because they do indeed blend in.

You have never seen a million Leafs(Leaves might be the plural) until you have been to the suburbs south of Nashville, aka home of Nissan N.A. I’ve seen pre-production NV vans, all the GT-R’s ever, and even the original Juke R. Kind of cool seeing them.

I did see a Nismo Juke. So weird

Nismo Jukes look so fun and dumb to me but when you’ve seen the Juke R everything changes. I hated them until I saw one of those.

Can confirm. There’s so many GT-Rs in this town, I don’t even look at them anymore. QX80s outnumber Escalades by a fair margin. Every other car on the road is a mid-2000s Altima.

Another Nashville Oppo? We need an Oppo meet up some time.

I think there are more Subarus than anything else. My dad lives in Boulder most of the time now. That and All Roads, are everywhere!

To completely fit in, you also need a beard and those pants with zippers in the knees.

According to an article I’ve read, proportionately Denver has more Xterra’s than anywhere else in the country - when you take into account all the vehicles registered. We do have about a bazzilion Outbacks - I’ve had two, a 2008 and a 2010, and I might get a 2016 in 9 months when my lease is up.

There’s going to be a lot of disappointed Coloradoans soon then. Xterra’s have a flawed radiator design that ends up rupturing into the transmission cooler portion of the radiator, which sends coolant into the transmission and ruins it.
